GoCamello is building a technology platform and contracting system for the services and supplies a company needs to comply with regulations and for its day-to-day operations. We started with four categories: fire extinguishers and fire protection, first aid and emergency services, environmental sanitation and pest control, and electrical engineering and installations.
Companies have two ways to access the system. They can request what they need in plain language, and the platform translates it into the technical requirements so that all contractors quote the same amount. Or they can use the diagnostic dashboard: based on their business activity, they can see what the regulations require, what they have up-to-date, and what is about to expire, and convert each alert into a request. Only verified contractors submit quotes. Payment is collected through a payment gateway and released when the service is delivered with supporting documentation: photos, location, time, and a checklist. We validate first in the field.
Today, we are operating a pilot program in Villavicencio and Meta, partly manually, and each finding becomes a standard feature of the product.
We arrived at ScaleUp during GoFest 2026, with the model defined and an MVP in testing, but with doubts about how to go from a pilot to an operation that grows without breaking down.

We wanted an external technical perspective on our architecture and development process, to identify the gaps that an investor or partner would point out first, and to connect with an ecosystem that has already gone down that path.
It was incredibly helpful. TechScore forced us to look at GoCamello with a technical eye, not just a commercial one, and the mentorship from Ángel Ramírez, drawing on his experience at Cuemby in cloud computing, DevOps, and supporting companies as they scale, gave us clarity at just the right moment. The most important conclusion we reached was not to rewrite the platform from scratch, but to refine the existing foundation and grow by adding modules.
This led us to review all the code and prioritize the security and protection of our users' documents. We understood that scaling isn't just about the product; we're working on closing gaps (accounting and tax ambiguities with specialized advice, formalizing the partnership agreement) and adopting a work method that includes code review and testing environments before each deployment. And, honestly, being able to talk one-on-one with a key player in the ecosystem at that level, and knowing that the door is still open, is an immeasurable boost for a team starting out in Villavicencio.
How can we get companies in the region to change their habit of hiring via WhatsApp and recommendations to a process on a platform?
How do we maintain rigorous contractor verification without it becoming slow or costly as we grow?
Which financial partners and insurers can we partner with to help a small contractor's credit history open doors to insurance policies and credit?
Validate in Meta and scale up. Close the first complete services with real Clients and Contractors in Villavicencio, measure repeat business and satisfaction, and with the validated model, take it to the largest cities in the country, where the market is several times larger.
Verified track record as an asset. Structuring how evidence and ratings for each service are captured, protected, and tracked, so that the Contractor's track record is reliable for the client and useful to insurers and financial institutions.
Prepare a scalable operation. Consolidate architecture, security, and deployments with code review and test environments, and document the verification process to add categories and cities without relying excessively on manual work.
