TRIAH is an AI-powered Digital CFO tool that empowers families, professionals, and SMEs to consolidate their financial information, analyze their financial health in real time, and transform data into recommendations, simulations, and action plans for better decision-making and reduced financial risk.

‍

TRIAH was created to address the fragmented way individuals, professionals, and small businesses manage their financial information. Currently, this data is often scattered across banks, spreadsheets, apps, and manual records, making it difficult to understand one's true financial situation, anticipate risks, and plan decisions with sufficient context. Furthermore, many available tools and startups focus on displaying historical data and offer limited predictive, simulation, or personalized recommendation capabilities.

‍

Addressing this problem, TRIAH aims to centralize financial information and transform it into concrete analyses and actions using Artificial Intelligence. Its approach seeks to enable users to better understand their financial health, evaluate scenarios, and make decisions focused on improving liquidity, reducing debt, achieving wealth goals, and managing risk in a more informed way.

We participated in ScaleUp Summit Network to validate TRIAH’s vision through an external, specialized perspective, identify gaps that could limit its growth, and determine which capabilities to prioritize to turn an innovative proposal into a scalable company.

‍

We were especially interested in assessing the product’s maturity, technology architecture, responsible use of AI, data security and management, and our readiness to move toward commercial validation. We also wanted to understand whether our value proposition, moving from simply displaying historical financial information to anticipating scenarios and supporting better decisions, offered enough differentiation and growth potential. ScaleUp provided an opportunity to put our vision through a more rigorous validation process.

‍

‍

The process helped us move from a broad vision of TRIAH to a more rigorous prioritization of what we need to validate before scaling. Completing a solid MVP that demonstrates the proposal’s real value with users became a key priority before expanding its features. We also reinforced the importance of data security, governance and quality, technology architecture, and Product-Market Fit measurement.

‍

At the same time, the conversation led us to explore what can truly differentiate TRIAH: not simply consolidating or visualizing financial information, but enabling users to understand their financial health, anticipate scenarios, simulate decisions, and turn data into actionable insights. This helped us structure our roadmap and focus on building a reliable, validated platform prepared to scale responsibly.

‍

3 QUESTIONS THEY ARE CARRYING FORWARD

‍

Which MVP capabilities do we need to validate with real users to demonstrate that TRIAH delivers enough value to become a recurring tool for their financial decisions?

‍

How will we validate that our differentiation, understanding financial health, anticipating scenarios, and simulating the impact of decisions through Financial Twin and AI addresses a real need and can become a scalable business model?

‍

What data architecture, security, privacy, governance, and technological capabilities do we need to establish to scale TRIAH responsibly and progressively integrate new sources of financial information?

‍

‍

‍

MAIN PRIORITIES FOR THE NEXT 6-12 MONTHS

‍

Complete the MVP and bring it to real users to validate the value proposition, user experience, engagement, retention, and willingness to pay, turning TRIAH’s technological vision into evidence of adoption and market learning.

‍

Acquire the first customers and systematically measure adoption, engagement, retention, and perceived value, using these insights to identify the initial segment with the strongest need and strengthen TRIAH’s business model.

‍

Strengthen architecture, security, privacy, governance, and data quality, preparing AI, Financial Twin, and financial analytics capabilities to scale on a reliable, traceable, and progressively scalable infrastructure.

06 Evolution

What does the company aspire to?

We aspire for TRIAH to evolve into a financial intelligence platform for households and businesses, born in Latin America and designed to scale into other markets. Our vision goes beyond simply showing what happened to a user’s finances: TRIAH aims to understand financial health, anticipate scenarios, simulate the impact of decisions, and turn data into actionable insights.

‍

Through capabilities such as Financial Twin, risk models, and AI, we aim to progressively support decisions around liquidity, debt, savings, investments, and wealth building. In the long term, we envision TRIAH becoming a trusted infrastructure for Household Financial Intelligence, helping democratize access to advanced financial intelligence capabilities.
