Support Terms
Company will provide Product Support to Customer via electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm in US Eastern time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays (“Support Hours”).
Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by emailing support@cuemby.odoo.com or through a web form in Cuemby Platform.
Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within three (3) business day.
For Customer seeking more comprehensive assistance, Company offers a dedicated support service that goes beyond the standard product support. Further details of this support service can be provided upon request.
