The Remediation Phase of engagement is lead by the Cuemby Professional Services team and is the process of resolving discovered issues or adoption of new technology, processes, and people roles or skills.
The strategic plan developed previously will drive the work. The work efforts may be broken into multiple smaller focused projects and may require a combination of Cuemby, client, or external resources.

The Remediate phase where were the plans and ideas are executed towards the vision with defined projects and work efforts. The work is defined in prior phases, but typically involves people, process, and technology.
The Prepare phase is an extension of the Remediate phase where the it all comes back to evaluating the final needs around staffing, training, and validation/testing of the processes and technology together with the people.

Advisory
The Advisory service is a flexible option allowing clients to have a Cuemby resource walk with them during times of transformation or of strategic significance. The role could be a technical, process, compliance, leadership, consulting, or another specific role fitting the time and needs of the client.
During the Remediate and Prepare phases of the client journey, an Advisory service role is recommended to guarantee alignment when the client takes on pieces of the plan themselves or brings in external resources.
Supplemental resources to help fill in gaps within technical teams. For example: Software Architects, Technical Writers, and Subject Matter Experts.
Specialists in process management including IT Process Engineering.
Specialists to help cover gaps and lead projects.
Fractional leadership roles covering areas such as: Steering, Architecture, DevSecOps, Maturity, and vCxO.
General consulting on IT and related business needs for strategic projects or initiatives.
