Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines acceptable and unacceptable use of Cuemby’s products, services, infrastructure, and platforms (the “Services”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into Cuemby’s Terms of Service, Master Services Agreement (MSA), and other agreements as applicable.
By using Cuemby Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Cuemby reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You may not use Cuemby Services to store, process, or transmit any content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringes or misappropriates intellectual property rights
Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit involving minors
Promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
Is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
Is intended to harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups
You may not use the Services to:
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of bulk communication
Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or port scanning
Deploy malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful software
Operate cryptocurrency mining without written consent
Circumvent quotas, metering, usage limits, or billing mechanisms
Engage in unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability scanning
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, services, or accounts (whether Cuemby's or a third party's)
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party systems
Use excessive system resources that interfere with normal operations ("abuse" or "resource exhaustion")
You are prohibited from using the Services to compromise the security of Cuemby systems or others, including but not limited to:
Unauthorized access or use of data, systems, or networks
Monitoring or crawling systems without permission
Bypassing authentication or security mechanisms
Distributing tools intended for security testing or network interference
When you integrate with or deploy to third-party systems (e.g., Git providers, Kubernetes clusters, external clouds), you are solely responsible for:
The security, performance, and reliability of those services
Ensuring proper authentication and access controls
Ensuring your application code does not compromise service performance or availability
Cuemby is not liable for failures caused by misconfigured integrations or third-party service outages.
We may update this AUP periodically. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
